Location was convenient to everything we wanted to do by walking or metro! All the staff were helpful & friendly! The room was great! The foyer & bar & breakfast rooms were all exceptionally styled, looked amazing & were welcoming! Breakfast was wonderful! Pool area was wonderful too!

Location was great, opposite Haji Lane and we were able to walk to lots of different areas as well as the hop on and hop off bus depot to start sightseeing days

location of the property was really good, taxi were available at all times within 5 mins. restaurant were just across the road. for me Halal food was a concern and most halal restaurants and mosque is within 5mins walk. staff is very supportive and friendly. checkin and checkout were very smooth. had club lounge access as well. food and staff both very super great. breakfast buffet also had good variety.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. Thank you Sini and Vicky for helping us with our strollers/luggage and helping navigate us around the city. The rooms were perfect - neat and clean. The hotel is well located near Haji Lane/Arab street which would be ideal for Muslim guests. It is also a short walk to the MRT line.

Location was fabulous. The breakfast was fantastic, so many dishes to choose from with the yummiest omlete. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and approachable.

I stay here every time I go to Singapore. Large, spacious rooms. Very clean and friendly staff. Location is great for getting around with the MRT.

fantastic location to explore on foot, lots to do and see nearby. taxi is very cheap to all across town - bus stop is directly outside so great if using public transport. abundance of great restaurants. The pool was fantastic to start or end a day exploring. There were room updates/maintenance on our floor and across from our rooms but we didn’t hear a peep. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

The room was comfortable, check in was smooth and quick. Breakfast was great and it had a good selection of foods. The pool and gym were great. Overall, a good experience but unfortunately the hotel is just too expensive for what is it. I guess it’s Singapore in general.
