PARKROYAL on Beach Road, Singapore

Superb service, great location and clean. From check in to check out all staff we met were excellent. We were unaware the pool was closed so I emailed and they more than compensated for the inconvenience of going next door for a swim. The Club lounge was great, food selection was enough and well cooked and presented. Breakfast as Ginger was hot, well presented for a buffet and plenty of choice. I asked for a late check out due to plane connections and they were happy to oblige - the whole experience was faultless. From a location perspective, across the road was a huge selection of Lebanese and Turkish food and pubs with good prices. The nearest MRT station was 8 minutes so we could get around singapore easily and cheaply. The room was well serviced daily and more than adequate for a 4 night stay. A very special mention to Jessie Tan for being quick to respond and more than compensating for the loss of pool at the hotel and Yati for the service in the Club lounge - first class.

The location was perfect for exploring Kampong Glam and also well connected to the metro. Comfortable beds, and the staff went above and beyond to provide assistance for bedding and cots for the children.

Love the spacious room. Very comfortable bed and great shower room. The location is the main reason I picked this hotel in the 1st place. It’s near to main tourist attraction, accessible by public transportation and plenty of food options around the hotel. Walking alone at night is very safe around the area.

location of the property was really good, taxi were available at all times within 5 mins. restaurant were just across the road. for me Halal food was a concern and most halal restaurants and mosque is within 5mins walk. staff is very supportive and friendly. checkin and checkout were very smooth. had club lounge access as well. food and staff both very super great. breakfast buffet also had good variety.

Location was fabulous. The breakfast was fantastic, so many dishes to choose from with the yummiest omlete. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and approachable.
